Sharing the Bible with people who are visually impaired

Braille Bible GhanaPeople in Ghana who are visually impaired are often marginalised in society – excluded from life, from family and from church.

The Bible Society of Ghana is working to reach out to this people group with the Word of God, encouraging them to discover their value and showing them their place in His family. Different resources are being provided in schools and churches to help people who are visually impaired to understand and engage with Scripture – Bible books in braille, large print editions, the complete Bible in audio (solar powered MegaVoice) and magnifying glasses.
